- Flour or bread crumbs

Mix minced chicken, eggs, minced garlic, and semolina. Season it with salt and pepper. Make balls of a walnut size, roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil.
Mix sour cream, tomato sauce and water, stir, add salt to taste. Pour this mixture onto meatballs and place in oven for half an hour.

Sausage skewers with pineapple

- Sausages - 8 pcs.
- Potatoes - 4 pcs.
- Canned pineapple - 120 g
- Fresh bacon - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
- Green lettuce
- Black pepper, salt to taste

Directions:

Wash, peel and boil potatoes. Let them chill and cut in halves. Cut sausages and slices of bacon into pieces. Cut pineapple into cubes. Put potato halves, sausage and bacon pieces, and pineapple cubes on skewers. Make marinade from vegetable oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Sprinkle it on skewers. Grill or roast skewers until cooked. Serve on lettuce leaves.

- Cucumber pickle - 4 pcs.

- Egg - 1 pc.

Directions:

Cut sausages lengthwise into 2 parts. Slice cheese and cucumbers. Roll the dough 5 mm thick, cut into strips, brush with mustard, place sausage halves, cheese and cucumber slices on each strip. Wrap into rolls, brush with egg and bake until cooked dough.

Chicken breast in almond crust

- Chicken fillet, 4 pcs.
- Potato chips - 100 g
- Almonds, finely chopped - 50 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.
- Yellow bell pepper - 1 pod
- Tomatoes - 4 pcs.
- Cucumbers - 1 pc.
- Lettuce - 200 g
- Vinegar 3% - 2 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper
- Salt

Tenderize the chicken fillet, salt and pepper it.
Crush potato chips and mix with almonds. Beat up the egg.
Bread chicken breasts with flour, dip into the egg, bread with a mixture of almonds and potato chips. Place on parchment covered baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
Cut peppers in halves, remove seeds, cut into strips. Slice tomatoes and cucumbers. Mix vegetables, add finely shredded lettuce.
Mix vinegar with salt, pepper, sugar. Add oil while beating up. Pour the mixture onto the salad.
Garnish the chicken with salad when serving.

Chicken salad in bread cups

Ingredients (24 servings):
- Bagels - 6 pcs.
- Cooked chicken - 250 g of pulp
- Cucumber pickle - 3 pcs.
- Fresh mushrooms - 240 g
- Onions - 1/2 pcs.
- Butter - 2 tbsp.
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
- Cloves minced - 1 pinch
- Parsley

- 1 chicken - 1.2 kg (chicken can be replaced by a similar number of thighs)
- Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- Onions - 2 pcs.

- Basil - one batch
- Khmeli suneli - 1 tsp
- Small red pepper 1 pc.
- Salt to taste
- Garlic - 3-4 cloves
- Butter

Cut chicken into small pieces of about equal size, wash, dry with paper towels. Fry in a dry frying pan for 15 minutes, turning constantly, until golden brown. Reduce the heat.
Slit tomatoes skin crosswise, pour over boiling water, dip into cold water and remove the skins. Cut into small cubes, add to chicken. Stew for 10 minutes.

- Chicken fillet - 600 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 4-5 cloves
- Dill
- Flour - 1 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste


Cut fillet into cubes.
Chop greens.
Add the the greens, squeezed garlic, flour, salt and egg to the meat. Mix it all thoroughly.
Pour the oil into the pan so that it is to be on par with the cutlets. Spread a tablespoon of minced meat onto a tepid pan one by one. Flatten it. You should get a form of a burger, steak-like.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown.

Chicken roll

Ingredients:
- Chicken - 1 kg
- White bread - 2 slices
- Milk - ?cups
- Eggs - 4-5 pcs.
- Butter - 2 tbsp.
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Directions:
Rinse chicken and dry on a napkin. Then, together with white bread (previously soaked in milk) mince with the meat grinder. Add the eggs to the pulp, salt and mix well. Put a layer about 2 cm on gauze and gently pulling up turn in the form of rolls. Transfer to a greased with baking butter baking dish. Directions:
Add finely chopped onion, 1 egg, salt, pepper into the minced chicken and mix carefully.
Now prepare the batter: beat up 4 eggs with milk, mix with the flour well.
Form the mince cakes, put on every one a piece of butter and form patties.
Now bread patties in flour, dip in batter and fry, remove the chicken meatballs from the pan and put in the oven to bring to readiness.

Hot chicken sandwiches

- Boiled white chicken meat (estimated at an average chicken breast for 4 sandwiches)

- Seed onion - 250 g
- Mushrooms - 250 g
- Bacon - 100 g
- Ground red pepper - 2 tbsp.
- Run butter - 2 tbsp.
- Dried thyme - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Dry red wine - 250 ml
- Chicken stock cubes - per 1.5 cup of stock
- Brandy - 3 tbsp.
- Potato starch - 1 tsp.
- Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.
- Salt

Cut the chicken into 6-8 portions. Rub each piece with salt and pepper.Bread it with flour. Fry all sides in hot oil. Put the chicken in another bowl. Cut bacon into small pieces, Peel onions, blanche mushrooms and cut into slices. Stew the onions and mushrooms in melted bacon for 15 minutes.
