"Cooking with "Prioskolie" contest
Prioskolie" company held "Cooking with" Prioskolie" contest. The aim of competition was to create a special course from "Prioskolie" poultry, write down the recipe, take a picture, and send it to one of Belgorod local blogs. The winner was decided via subscribers voting.
First place went to the recipe "Chicken salad":
Breast brand "Prioskolie";
Carrots - 1 pc.;
Potatoes - 2-3 pcs.;
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Onions - 1 pc.
Mayonnaise.
Boil chicken, carrots, potatoes, and eggs. Slice onions into rings and marinate with vinegar. Chop the chicken, put a layer on a dish, then put a layer of onions over meat. Then put a layer of strained potatoes and a layer of eggs. Eggs must be well graited. Spread mayonnaise over the salad and decorate it with strained carrot.
